In this Newcastle Session (September 2026), we investigate Timeless Foundations vs. Fleet-Footed Fads. We sit with teenagers and their parents for two hours and work through what it means to choose a foundation rather than chase a trend. The session introduces the Tree Model — a framework for multi-gifted young people to stop trying to grow five careers at once and start building one strong trunk from which their talents can branch. It is practical, interactive, and designed to change how a young person thinks about their next decision.
