The Sessions
Working sessions for your organisation, your team, or just for you.
You are told the window has passed. It is rarely as true as it feels.
ReFutureSessions applies the frameworks from What the Future Knows About the Past to adult reinvention — mid-career, in transition, or simply asking what comes next. The same thinking that anchors the book, applied live.
Bring ReFutureSessions to your group
Churches, charities, community groups, and workplaces all hold the same quiet population: carrying a question about their direction and nowhere structured to work on it.
A group session gives that question a room. In person or online, shaped around your people, with the frameworks as the guide. A single session, a half-day, or a series — the format follows your group, not the other way round.
One-to-one

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Those navigating a career change, a transition, or a decision that keeps getting deferred. The sessions draw on the frameworks from What the Future Knows About the Past — but you do not need to have read the book to benefit.

Career planning and direction at any stage. Transition and reinvention — industry changes, redundancy, returning after a break. Making sense of a decision that will not resolve itself. Building a personal strategy that holds up over time. The frameworks are broad enough to meet most questions about career and future direction.
-
ReFutureSessions are focused on career and future-facing questions. They are not a substitute for therapy or crisis support. That said, career and identity questions often touch on other areas — that is expected and welcome within the session.
